Keep your password and your booth staff PIN private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and on your booths.

You are responsible for the photos taken at your events and for how you use guests’ details. Ask for marketing consent separately from photo delivery, and honour guests’ requests to remove their photos or details.

You may not use ShutterTrax to capture or share unlawful, harassing or non-consensual content.

Paid plans are bought in the app through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing, renewals, refunds and cancellation are handled by the store under its own terms.

Photo storage depends on the plan. Free keeps photos only on the booth tablet that took them; we do not hold a copy, so a lost or reset tablet loses them. Creator keeps uploaded photos for 30 days and Pro for 90 days, after which they are deleted automatically. Save anything you want to keep before then.

If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Features described as “coming soon” are not part of any plan until they are released.

Booths keep taking photos without a connection and upload them later. Sharing, galleries and account features need a connection and may occasionally be interrupted.

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
