Give the wedding booth a place in the party.

A beautiful booth in an empty corner is still an empty booth. The best wedding setup feels like part of the celebration: easy to spot, easy to use and close enough that one laughing group brings over the next.

Put the booth where the evening happens

Walk the guest route from dinner to the dance floor. Look for a place people pass naturally, with room to stop without blocking service. A booth behind a closed door needs someone inviting guests in all night.

Ask the venue when the room lighting changes. A spot that looks bright during setup can become almost dark after dinner. Take your final test under the reception lighting, with the backdrop and table decorations in position.

Use one wedding detail, not every wedding detail

Choose a colour, a small motif or the couple’s names. Let that carry the design. A photo strip already contains several faces and expressions; it rarely needs a heavy border, a large monogram and a paragraph of text.

Match the layout to how the couple wants to share the pictures. A simple digital strip works well on a phone. Make sure the smallest text stays readable when the image is viewed at that size.

Make the first session easy

Keep a few props within reach, not a whole table guests must sort through. Ask a friend or attendant to take the first session so people can see what happens. A clear countdown does more for a good group photo than a complicated instruction screen.

Place the tablet where seated guests can use it too. Check a group portrait before opening; people at the sides should not have to squeeze out of the frame to reach the screen.

Decide the handoff before the last dance

With a ShutterTrax cloud plan, verify the QR and email delivery from a second device. If the connection is unreliable, explain that online photos will appear after uploads finish. Free keeps photos on the booth tablet.

Tell the couple when the gallery will be ready and how long their plan keeps the images. Finish the queue before clearing files or packing the tablet away for its next event.
